Taihei-yu 太平湯 is located in Adachi-ku at 5 minutes from Aoi station (Tsukuba express).
Interior
The interior is very modern with soft blue light. It has been beautifully renewed a few years ago by the architect Imai Kentaro.
The facilities
The bath are very spacious and design oriented. There is an outdoor bath in the men’s bathroom and a walking bath in the women’s bathroom where you can stretch and exercise.
After relaxing in the bath, if you fancy a drink or are craving for some food you can have draft beer, Japanese sake and other beverage as well as a tasty home made curry rice, it’s all in the lobby. You can also find a coin laundry and a parking lot in the facilities.
